This dress from Express is super cute and flattering (it's under $80 and comes in black). I paired it with this leopard clutch from Old Navy and BCBGeneration heels (because I will never be able to afford Valentino Rockstuds and these are under $70). Hope y'all have a wonderful Valentine's Day!
